This introductory workshop offers a grounded overview of regulated plant medicine in today’s evolving landscape. Designed to reduce confusion and replace stigma with clarity, this session provides accessible, research-informed education in a welcoming and culturally aware space.
Participants will explore the history, regulation, and science behind plant-based wellness tools, as well as foundational principles for responsible and informed engagement.
This is a starting point — a space to ask questions, build understanding, and move from uncertainty into empowerment.
